"From Our Fields To Your Plate” sums up the philosophy of In Good Taste Catering Company.  Food that is fresh as possible, at the prime of its flavor, simple and naturally good. 

Our family farm is the basis for much of the ingredients that go into what we serve through the catering business.  This year our garden area will cover over 2 acres and produce naturally and organically raised vegetables, potatoes and flowers.  The pastureland on the farm produces our outstanding grass fed beef from our Miniature Hereford cattle herd, our flavorful pasture poultry and the best brown eggs from our laying hens. 

My children are the 5th generation to call our family farm home, right now three generations are actively involved in the day to day operation.  I tend to rely on what I know best, using food from our farm and allowing its own flavors to be center of what you taste.  What we don’t grow we try to source locally or at least try to find organically grown.
